Ramya represents clients in a wide range of disputes including civil, commercial contractual disputes, writ petitions, real estate actions, inheritance and succession suits, intellectual property disputes, shareholder disputes, consumer briefs and arbitrations.

 

Ramya has also represented clients in a variety of proceedings including money claims, suits for injunction across High courts and civil courts and other forums. She also has experience in representing borrowers, lenders, resolution professionals and liquidators in insolvency and debt restructuring actions before National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Courts.
 

Ramya also provides general corporate, start up and emerging companies advisory and dispute resolution advice to a number of retainer clients and emerging companies. Her main areas of expertise includes contractual disputes, insolvency, intellectual property, employment and breach of confidentiality and general corporate advisory for emerging companies.
